I describe my style of Hatha Yoga as a blend of Classical Yoga with a combination of the many different styles I have practiced - Iyengar, Ashtanga, Satyananda Yoga and Dru Yoga as well as others less well known. I focus particularly on the health and well being of each individual student.
Classes consist of :
* Yoga Postures - Asanas
* Breathing techniques - Pranayama
* Yoga Nidra - a form of relaxation
* Meditation and
* Relaxation
